i suggest u phone ur carrier and the blackberry support for ur country

step 1- type blackberry appworld on google nd go onto the site, u will see apps on it which u could download

step 2- go onto bbm icon to download

step 3- after u press download it will take you to a page where u have to enter ur blackberry ID and passowrd

step 4 _ enter these details

step 5- it will take you to a page and will have a link to download blackberry app world plugin

step 6 - download the plugin

step 7 - then it will say connect device

step 8- once u connect ur device it will download

this is the simplest way in which i can explain it ,,,

I tried your step by step but by the time I signed into Blackberry ID, the page said error.

If your cell phone company can't/won't help you and doesn't contact RIM for you call them direct at 1 877 255 2377 and they will help you step by step and stay with you till your problems are all solved.
