@UnitedAs1, it appears this is a problem unique to people trying to access the services over WiFi. If you're using your network connection, there doesn't appear to be any problem.

This is true no problem with network connection but why it does not work with wifi, I'm traveling to Brazil, and it costs a fortune without wifi!

i am in australia, bbm / email stopped working when i switched the sim card to my australian sim. my australian sim card is lebara. but even switching back to my english sim doesnt work, this roams to telestra. i have tried taking the battery out a few times and it does nothing .

when you are in a country, to be able to use a BlackBerry features like BBM or browser, you need service books.
service books are sent by your carrier.
when you switched SIM card, the new sim card detected that its contract did not include the BlackBerry data plan.
therefore the service books were removed.
when you inserted the previous sim card, it tried to fetch back the service books, but it did not work naturally (maybe because you have not activated data roaming on your real carrier).
You can try to fetch those service books manually, please follow the instructions in this article from the public knowledge base:
