BBM NOT CONNECTING AFTER UPGRADING

i upgraded my bbm and try to login with my user name and paswword which is correct and immidiatly it will pop up a message asking me of CONFIRM USERNAME FOR BLACKBERRY SMARTPHONE which i did not understand. please help

hello, please downgrade your BBM, BBM7 is currently not working for some users unfortunately.
