Then you must Contact your Carrier or Wireless Service Provider to know about this issue, Inaddition are you able to send any PIN message or Email services on your device .
If you're paying for BIS services then you should and must contactyourCarrier to resolve this issue.

I am able to send Email n all other internet apps
So what happen when you use BBM ? Are you enable to send or exactly what problem you're having with BBM.
