BBM NOT WORKING

Please kindly help me asap! Since when I've using this mobile the blackberry messenger has never worked at all. Kindly help

Then you must Contact your Carrier or Wireless Service Provider to know about this issue, Inaddition are you able to send any PIN message or Email services on your device .

 

If you're paying for BIS services then you should and must contactyourCarrier to resolve this issue.

"This application has been disabled by your wireless producers" ... The above message is what I get n I try calling ma wireless provider n I was told to off ma phone n on it back in ten minutes which I did. But, still its not working.

Hi

Is it a personal device ? If it is then you should contact your wireless service provider because the message indicates that your wireless service provider is the one who has blocked this service .

So please call them again to know About this issue.

Also simply turning our device off and on will not help, if you're performing a restart then remove the battery when your device is powered on ,wait for a min. Then reinsert it back.
