Hi there,

I apologize for jumping in like this, but I am also very desparate here. 

Just like this person, I did everything that are listed before, and I couldn't do revive BBM. 

I do not have an option to DELTE BBM, so thus I can't REINSTALL. 

The icon is nowhere to be found in my folders, but the program is there in the APPLICATION list. 

Please tell me what to do, to get this work....  

We use BBM for communicating between the team in different locations.

Yes, you can. Just follow the instructions which were posted above, just install on top of the previous version. You will see a message "Replace version 6.x.xxx with version 6.2.xxx"  Say yes to that.

1. Using your BlackBerry browser, go to www.blackberry.com/bbm
2. Click on the button to download BBMessenger and download and install it over again.
3. Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
4. Once rebooted, look and see IF BBMessenger is installed.
5. If you still don't see it, go to your Home Screen on the BlackBerry and press the Menu key about two seconds.
6. A ribbon bar of all running applications will appear. Do you see BBM as one of those icons?
