I synced my phone last week via USB cable. The same night I did a backup.
For some reason I lost a couple of contacts in my bbm.
Is it anyway to find those pin's I lost?

Are you sure that those contacts hasn't deleted you? Check the below KB articles for restoring BBM Contacts -
