Hello, I own a Blackberry Torch 9800. This phone is on AT&T service. My problem is that my phone keeps turning off - with no prompt or warning. Usually i'll do a battery pull, wait around 10 minutes, and reinsert. After this it works again for a short period before turning off again. Any suggestions on fixing this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I peeled the sticker at the bottom right corner that you use to turn on/off the phone. I cleaned it out and the phone stopped turning on and off. I heard some of these Torch models had the stickers made in Mexico and maybe it has something about the defective stickers?
