i. Mark All Contacts
ii. Contact Manager
iii. Disable Auto Screen Flip
iv. Name and Number (combine) View in Contacts
v. Move contacts from Phone to SIM
vi. Screen shortcuts
vii. Auto answering machine
viii. Delete All entries in dialled area

And many more. Please help me finding out these functions through internal or exteral softwares. Thanks in advance.

i. Mark All Contacts mark the contacts what?
ii. Contact Manager  Address book?
iii. Disable Auto Screen Flip  get a third party app; search for SixTools on AppWorld
iv. Name and Number (combine) View in Contacts Phone number view? Open the contact, you'll the name and phone numbers/email/addresses etc., all in the view.
v. Move contacts from Phone to SIM Open a contact > scroll over a phone number > menu key > copy to SIM Phonebook
vii. Screen shortcuts Shortcuts to do what
viii. Auto answering machine eh? Voicemail? That is controlled by your mobile provider to give you voicemail, or please explain what you need
ix. Delete All entries in dialled area Clear your Call Log? Messages > Menu key > View Folder > Phone Call Logs > Scroll to the top most date bar > Menu key > Delete Prior.

These options and basic functions have been in the BlackBerry for years.

Good luck!

Re: Basic Functions Missing?

i. Mark all contacts during sending message, for deleting, for adding into a Contact Group

ii & iii. OK

iv. in the Contact List, i should see the Combine View of all contact list. I'm not asking One by One view.

v. There is a difference between Copy & Move. I need to Move the contacts i.e. Delete from phone during transferring to the SIM

vi. Maintain the shorts cuts to directly reach the functions like Message, Call recorder, File organizer, Manage connections etc. Shortcuts are available on Favorites & Recent. I want on the home screen.

vii. I found answering machine on some Samsung handsets like when you don't pick up the phone after some rings, Pre-Recorded message plays from your Handsets and Caller can record it's message. That message save on your handsets not on your Service provider server.
It is cost saving. While mobile provider charge for their services.

viii. In the Folder view, i can't find option to Delete Folder or Mark All missed calls at once. It allows to delete One by one.

Re: Basic Functions Missing?

i. I still don't understand what you're wanting to mark?

iv. You want to see the list of contacts with a phone number? like:

John - 123-456-7890

Bob - 234-567-8910

Sally - 345-678-9012

No, that view is not possible.

vi. Yes, press your dial key to enter your Call Log > Menu > Options > General Options > Dial from Homescreen = no

vii. Try YouMail, available in AppWorld.

viii. Just follow my directions, it works. You want to "Delete Prior" when your cursor is over a date bar in the list. You can delete ALL your call logs. You cannnot delete the folder.
