Battery Icon on Wallpaper

Hi, can anybody please help me.  I have a battery icon on my wallpaper/homescreen showing me my battery life.

It is on the same bar that you receive notification of bbm's or emails etc.

Can anybody please tell me how i can delete this icon?

Thanks

Eleonora

Re: Battery Icon on Wallpaper

Hi and welcome to the forums!

Try a battery pull (hard reset) as your first step.
Thanks,

Eleonora1, welcome to the forums.

That icon on the notifications bar is likely a result of a recent upgrade of an app you have installed on your BlackBerry, probably the app named Advance OS and LED. When upgraded to version 15.4, it set by default without you knowing a new module to place that icon on the notification bar.

  • Open Advance OS.
  • Click on the second from the left icon.
  • Then on Battery Notifications
  • Then select OFF to Homescreen Icons & Meter.
