BlackBerry Messenger doesn't work unless I'm connected to WiFi.

My BBM doesn't work unless I'm connected to WiFi, and it's worked before without being connected to WiFi. I was wondering if there's some settings on my phone that I need to change, or if it's something else.

Blackberry Messenger comes through the data connection. It may only be working over WiFi because either your data connection isn't working, you've turned off data, or you're data isn't on because you're roaming.

 

You're going to need to look into your data service or settings.
