For almost a month now, my qwerty keypad is no longer working. I'm using the touchscreen keypad in the meantime and it's such a hassle. I write a lot of emails everyday using my BlackBerry torch.
Is there anything that I need to do to get the qwerty keypad up and running again? I still have a year left in my warranty but unfortunately BlackBerry doesn't have a service center in the Philippines. Please help me.

I would suggest performing a backup of your BlackBerry® smartphone then reloading the software as shown in the article below:

How can reloading the software correct this issue? My dilema is, after doing all these things, it still wouldn't work.
I chose BlackBerry over iPhone because of the QWERTY keypad that makes it so much easier to send work emails through my phone. I hope you guys would have a service center in the Philippines as as there are a lot of BlackBerry users out here specially people from the corporate world.
