I am a new user of BlackBerry and now the signal shows OFF or SOS. How to solve it?

Click on it (on SOS) and switch ON Mobile Network

if not work - it can mean that your SIM number is suspend by carrier, call to carrier support

and last one - may mean that it's locked to other carrier

I thought if you got an SOS showing it meant that the network capacity was full and you can only make a 999 call

        i am new  here. i have bb 9800 torch and have same sos problem. i check no locked and also update it and i try to select  manualy network but all useless...please help me
