It never comes up. Looks like some part of boot sequence gorked.  How do I reinstall all my software so my smart phone can work?

Getting your phone to connect to BlackBerry Desktop Software is the first step.  Have a look at this article:

I read Bill J's solution and I second it.  Download and install the Desktop Software if you do not already have it on your 'puter,  Then download and install the software that is compatible with your phone and via the DTS, reload into your phone.  A lot of little quirks and glitches can be fixed by reloading the handheld software.  That is what I love about Blackberry smartphones.

I tried all of the above including the  KB10144  How to force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using the Application Loader.

Still continously rebooting and says there are no updates. So wut do I do now?

I am facing the same problem- started few hours back, my BB Torch 9800 is continously trying to boot and half way starts booting again. Have tried all the suggestions seen on this forum, but not successful yet!!

Hmmm..."all"...that's quite a bit, really! Unfortunately, what we cannot tell from your post is how any of that really went. There are many solutions, and many variations on solutions, and also many subtleties within many of the solutions. So, while we'd like to help, there's really nothing to offer since you've already tried everything...unless something did not go quite right, in which case there might be a subtle thing that might help you. But, we can't tell...

It may sound tedious, but if you'd post exactly what you've tried (step by step) and exactly the results of what you tried (again, step by step), then we might perhaps be able to notice something that can help you.
