I recently upgraded from Widows 7 to Windows 8. Now when I try to sync my 9800 using Desktop 7.1 I get the following error message:
"CRADSDatabase ERROR: (C:\Users\Owner|\AppData\Local\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Desktop\XCPC SyncSDK 209.601\Translators\RimBB\Contract(BF45B1148CE5433
I've run a repair, but it did not fix the problem. Any solution(s) known?

its a similar error, you may have to delete some files.
