My blackberry 9800 suddenly just didn't switch on, it does not have any red lights when I charge it. I tried to reset it in app loader and it still did not recognize it. But when I plug it into by charger it makes a high pitched beep noise
I would recommend testing with another battery if possible to rule out any issue with the battery itself. If you have the same issue with another battery, and your BlackBerry® Torch™ 9800 smartphone is not recognized by the BlackBerry® Desktop Software, I would recommend trying to start a reload of the BlackBerry® Device Software without the battery inserted to force a connection.
