I am from Philippines. I am using blackberry 9860. I have been using the unit for 9 months. Just a couple of days ago, I encountered a probable serious problem on my phone. The unit heats up and become hot. I am afraid that I would lead to breakdown of the motherboard.&nbsp; &nbsp; The problem here in the Philippines is that, I can't find a legitimate BB Service Center where I can bring my phone. &nbsp; Can you please help me regarding this problem. First things first, please remove your email address from your post. Personal information is not allowed. 

 

Many times, a battery pull will correct this problem. Just remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it.
