Blackberry 9860 Torch

I posted earlier but havent had any help yet :smileysad:

My BB Torch had an error message "JVM error -reset" I clicked on reset and it is still resetting!!!

It is not completing its start up and switching off then restarting/ switch off......

Anyone had same problem???

Do a battery pull on your phone. Remove the battery while your phone is powered on then replace it a few seconds later.

Have tried that but it is still stuck on booting up!!! 

Initially, my battery was not charging so I have been taking it out and charging on universal charger, as I kept getting messages that the charger was not charging the phone. 

I cannot connect  the fone to my laptop as it does not recognise the data cable too!!!

Slowly giving up on this phone!!!
