Blackberry ID account

I installed google maps about a week ago.  Since that time I cannot enter my app world.  When I go to Blackberry ID account..I get message "Unable to retrieve your blackberry ID account information.  I cannot download new apps.  How do I delete google maps that I suspect may be causing all of the problems, since it is asking for permission to obtain personal information when I try to start.

Welcome to the Support Community!

You can remove any 3rd party applications from Options > Device > Application Management. Highlight the application in the list, press the Menu key and choose Delete from the Menu.
