I need some advise on the following....i can log in to my account on the website through my PC but i can't seem to be able to sign in on my device (Torch 9860). What do it do?

Please follow this Article of Knowledge Base and see if that helps in resolving your problem.So do as suggested :

 

"Unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account" or "Unable to update your BlackBerry ID account info...

 

Try it and let us know.
