Blackberry ID problems

Have never been able to access downloads etc because my ID p/w wont work.  I've reset it countless times and my phone still won't accept new password.  Any ideas.....totally frustrated!

 

Using a Torch 9810    7.0 version

So it has never worked since day one?  how long has it been like this?

You may have to do a software reload. 

 

If it has never worked, I'm thinking we need to start from scratch with your device.
