Blackberry ID

Since I registered my blackberry a week ago I have not been able to log into my blackberry ID. I just keep getting the error message "unable to log into your blackberry ID account" when I try to sign in. I have tried everything. Is there anything I can do to fix this as I am not able to set up my emails or download any apps without it. Please help. Thanks

I tried everything they suugested but it still does not work and now my bbm is not responding either. I cannot send or recieve msgs.

I had the same issue and was advised to run a security wipe on the handset. Back everything up via BlackBerry Desktop Manager first.

 

It worked for me.
