Blackberry ID

HELP!

 

My husband and I updated the new BBM on our BB (I have the 9810 and he has the 9800). As we did that, it asked us to switch devices, which we accepted.

 

Now we only have his BBM (on my phone!). It seems that we only have one ID for both of our phones. I tried switching mine in the option setting, but it won't allow me (it says that that name already exists.... I know, it was mine!) All of my husbands info is now on my phone...

 

Is there any way to reset everything? Telus won't help us with anything!

With the update of new version now BBM will synced under one BB ID. Hence, it is recommended that you use different BB IDs in each of the phones.

Cool!  I tried changing my BB ID in options and it says (with my email) "this BB ID screen name has already been taken"...

 

Do I need to get a new email?

Head to http://www.bbid.com and create a new one.
