It could be traffic with your wireless. if you have allot running through or your allowance isnt high enough there isnt enough space to squeeze a pic through try cleaning your bb of any **bleep** apps that constantly requires the internet. i.e. facebook, twitter, youtube, any other ims that you dont use. and run it that way if still not contact your carrier because it could possibly be a hardware failure
