Blackberry Sucks !

Hello,

My wife has a blackberry torch . She bought it because she liked to have a keyboard to type. Now that are son is getting older ( 15 months ) , it would have been nice to make video calls when mama is working late , and dad is home or vice-versa. So he doesn't have to look at a screen where nothing is happening. Tried it with my sister and he loves it !

Now I have been looking for possibilities to make a video call on the Torch. I found out that only the BB10 will be able to do something my old Nokia n95 could already do ! And you will not be making that option available to earlier versions, nor will you be updating . I already switched from Nokia because they were lagging behind, but I cannot believe the attitude you canadians have towards your existing customers . My wife's contract will be over coming februari but, I will make **bleep** sure she will not buy a blackberry again. Because let's face it, the 10 too little too late, no keyboard wich made the BB stand -out, and the customer-service ? Wahahahh. Guess it's true what Americans think of you .

BB you are oet !

Re: Blackberry Sucks !

Video calling is available with phones that have two cameras, such as the BlackBerry Z10. While the Z10 is the first BlackBerry with dual cameras (and therefore the first one that can make video calls), every previous model does an exceptional job with text communication, namely BBM. Yes, it might have taken BlackBerry a while to introduce video calling but if you've tried BBM Video I think you'd agree it was worth the wait.

In addition to replying to you (in a professional manner, I might add), could I request that you show some courtesy to those who are trying to help you. If you want to argue, I'm available via PM. Otherwise, let's treat each other with respect.
