Hi

I got a fully unlocked blackberry torch which was working all well for last one year .. but recently whenever i use the slide keyboard the display goes off but I can receive and answer calls ... I checked with one dealer and he said there is no problem with the strip but some software issue. The display comes on and off. WHat should I do to get this sorted out?

To rule out any possible software issue that may be causing the issue you are having with the display on your BlackBerry® Torch™ 9800 smartphone, please try to back up your data and perform a clean reload of your BlackBerry® Device Software. Please test to make sure the issue has been resolved before restoring any data from your backup file.
