Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
From your subject line as well as the body of your post, I am not sure if I've captured your situation correctly. Therefore, please conduct the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then need to continue to work with TMobile as it is their system with which your BB is unable to communicate...only they can look "behind the scenes" to figure out what is wrong. Only they can escalate your case up to BlackBerry for further enhanced support.
Good luck!

Thank you but I Tried ALL the above steps, but still no results. I am a T-mobile customer and the phone is an unlocked AT&T phone, wondering if I should call AT&T?
