Hello I am new here so sorry if I'm in the wrong place and my English is very weak.
I have a Balckberry Torch9800 and appears "could not capture image."
I've taken the battery ever did reset and hard reset since I updated and the problem continues.
Does anyone can help me?

As you already did a Software Update / Reload but still having this issue , So can you perform a Self test on your device to check if it an hardware issue , If your device don't pass the test then you take it to your Service Provider to get it fixed .
