Hello every1,
On potrait mode, the top part of my blackberry touch screen is glitchy i.e it is not functioning properly. Which ever way I rotate the screen, that particular problem persists on that part of the screen.
The problem is regardless of slide or screen position.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

A little detail about the problem; on home screen, when I touch 'select profile' / 'new event' / 'search' region, it acts as thou I have touched the 'manage connection' region.

First, Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescirbed for most gltiches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.

See if the issue persists and if it does, please post back here.
Even if you've already tried a reboot, please try again as instructed above.

I did that more times than I can remember. The problem still persists.
