Hey sanjithd,

I'm have a bit of a hard time understanding what your problem exactly is. If I understand correctly, you had left your blackberry charging for a day, but when you disconnect the phone from the charge it will turn off?

Have you tried to pull out the battery and reseat it, it may just not be making contact correctly.

Try another battery and see if the device still causes the same problems. This will isolate to determine if the problem is device related or battery related.

Good luck,

--Phil

Re: Blackberry Torch 9810

Thanks for the reply Phil

My battery had drained out and my phone was on verge of turning off.... i had charged my phone for 24 hours when i unplugged the phone from the charger it just kept showing the countdown symbol and kept rebooting half way through and this cycle kept going on untill the battery drained out again... i tried pulling out the battery for some time and also tried with a new battery , but no luck..... i finally decided to connect to blackberry desktop software to look for some left and tried to update my phone... but then i started get Error 507 which is suppose if the software error..... i kept trying at last just gave it off for repair.... hope it works.... am gonna get my phone back tommorow..... i tried solving the 507 error by going to my computer- program files- common files- research in motion-apploader-loader.exe..... also tried this by deleting vendor.xml first and then clicking on loader-exe.... i kept getting an error message saying fatal error has occured.... not sure what wrong was i doing..
