I have been a BB man but since I've got hold of Blackberry Torch 9860 everything was just a problem. My provider has replaced with a new BB Torch 9860 after the camera packed up, Now the battery of my nearly new (6months old roughly) has bubbled up and it won't stay on the phone anymore. But before this happened the battery will only last for 30minutes before I get run out again. This is the worst model of BB. Can Blackberry replace the battery Free of Charge?

with reference to your comment, i would like to add my experience regarding the part replacement by BB repair center.
the problem code as they are specifying is RS-9860-T5-FULL and over a teletalk they explain that code stands for motherboard replacement which cost INR 16,274/- (around USD 296 )which is 80% cost of HANDSET.
i don't think that anyone will be fooled once again by giving these repair charges. that means the cost of other parts of BB like Display, battery, casing is having all together cost lesser than INR 2000 to 3000(around USD 40 to 50).
i mean the fact that BB should stop fooling the customer.... and shall give a viable n prompt support.
however purchasing BB (having problem in basic design) was my biggest mistake and hope i will be switch to APPLE now.
since during teletalk with BB service executive i understand that they are also not much willing to give further support.

Yep, with high temps your iPhone battery will swell just the same... difference is that your iPhone battery is not replaceable.
