Blackberry Torch freezes when turning on

While using my blackberry it froze, and wouldn't exit from the internet, so I took the battery out. Though after putting the battery back in and trying to restart the device, it gets frozen when loading on the blackberry screen with the bar below. I have tried letting it be for two hours, hoping that it was just taking awhile, but that didn't work either. I also tried taking the battery out and putting it back in. I'm not sure what else to try.

Sometimes it takes a couple of tries for your phone to load.  If at first it won't fully load, remove the battery and try again.  Try this a few times.  If it still won't load after that, you should try connecting it to BlackBerry Desktop Software.  If it won't connect successfully, here's what to do:
