Hello I have a Blackberry Torch 9810 with Virgin Media.
Ive started having a problem with my Blackberry login. My phone will not accept the details but i know they are correct as I can use them to sign in.
Ive tried taking the battery and sim card out severl times but still dosent work. I would like to know if there is a way to fix this without re setting my phone and possiblity losing all my dada.
I hope Ive done this ok, im not very technical.

Can you please provide the full error message you receive when trying to sign in to your BlackBerry ID?
Are you able to sign in from a computer?
