when entering blackberry appworld i get an message stating that app world requires the latest version of blackberry ID. After selecting update the update runs to 100% and then returns the error "the software upgrade was interrupted. please try again". after selecting close i get the following error; "Blackberry identity installation failed. please try again later. (80002). Have already tried al 3 workarounds on error (80003), but no luck. Any help?"

I've been through that... Hate it when it does it on my Tour.
Here's what I've read.
You can go and turn on your WIFI and then go to your App World and see if it still gets that error.

yeah i've tried updating it using a WiFi hotspot. Still get the same error message though.

Try uninstalling the App World and install it again using the WIFI
Go to Settings-Applications-App World-( Blackberry button) Click Delete.
Then google app world and send the email to your phone so you can download it again.
