Blackberry password doesn't work from the Torch 9810

Blackberry username/passord won't work from the phone. I have rebooted the device and reset the passord numerous times. The password works on the Blackberry web site. I contacted AT&T and they said it is a known problem at Blackberry, they could do nothing, and I can only wait till Blackberry resolves the issue. I haven't seen anything posted that indicates that this is an ongoing Blackberry issue.

If AT&T has confirmed it's a BlackBerry problem, call them back and ask to have it escalated to RIM directly.  That way, you can speak with RIM firsthand and get the answers you require.

GAH!!!! me too! i JUST bought mine two days ago and  i can't set up my emails (yahoo and gmail) at all! it keeps prompting me for my login and then tells me error... but i can login on here just fine. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! and i've been trying to get stuff from the app store but can't do that either because it wants that stupid login but nooo it wont work!

i just download apps from the computer if your ahaving trouble with app world, but let me know too got my 9810 a fornight ago, very fustrating:/

You will have to delete the email address from the blackberry and then reinstall it.  It will then work but you won't have the historic emails on your device.
