Unplug your phone from your PC. Wait for a few seconds then plug it back in. As soon as you do, BlackBerry Desktop Software will attempt to connect to it and will probably say you need to reload your OS (this is a good thing in this case). Agree to that and reload the OS.
You might get one of many different messages but you'll have to start with unplugging your phone and plugging it back in again. Please post back with your progress.
