When I got may phone (BB Torch) the app icon was there.

 

it has disappeared and although I have tried to download the app again - (and it now tells me that it already exists) I simply cannot see it on my phone.

 

Help please

Which Torch Model and which OS version you have on your device? Or  please refer to this Knowledge Base specially # Resolution 1 .

 

KB29422  BlackBerry App World icon is missing after upgrading to BlackBerry App World 4.0.0.63 to 4.0.0.65

 

Try it and let us know.
