My browser icon, as well as any app that takes you directly to the internet, has not been working for about two weeks. I need this to be fixed ASAP as I use the internet on my phone regularly for work. Any help to get this working again would be GREATLY appreciated.

Have you tried to reboot your device by removing the battery while your device is powered on ?
