CAN'T ADJUST THE SOUNDS

Hi, I have a BB Torch 9800, OS 6. I don't know if I pressed or adjusted something that I'm not aware of, but suddenly the "Sounds for Selected Profile" under "Sounds and Ring Tones" in the Settings cannot be opened. And there are occasional absences of the sounds. Sometimes I have to pull the battery off. But then I can't still adjust the sounds.. Please help! Thanks!

Please try resetting the sounds/profiles database, this can be done by clearing the sounds/profiles database as shown here:
