Camera for torch 9800

I have BB torch 9800. Since last 1 week if I take pictures it will not show in the files. I tried to format the media card but not working also. Please help.

How to update or reinstall BlackBerry Device Software using BlackBerry Desktop Software - http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB03901

If the issue still persists upon completion of the reloading process, further investigation might be required. To help further diagnose the cause, contact your wireless service provider or BlackBerry® Technical Support Services for further review and support.
