i got my new blackberry torch 9860 and i join my company RIM service (Enterprise Active), without any issues.
my problem that i want to purchase some software and what ever password i will provide the devide will inform me that "Unable to lohin to your BB ID account" :
1. i know my password.
2. i reset my password several times.
3. i can access my account from the PC (browser).

Hopefully it contains something useful! There also are multiple existing threads on this site that discuss that exact error...your review of those might prove useful, and a search of this site, using the error message, error code, or symptom, should reveal all applicable existing threads to you.
Note, however, that this behavior may well be as intended by your BES admins...they can restrict AW access...so, even if you do the ResetToFactory in that KB, when you next re-activate to your BES, the IT Policy will be placed back onto your BB, again restricting AW access. You need to talk to your BES admins to find out if this restriction is in place for BES-activated BBs.
