Can't Download Nor Update My Torch 9810

Hi ,

 

I just bought the Torch 9810.And I'm new to Blackberry too, facing some problems on my torch 9810.In the beginning I try to download some apps from Blackberry world am able to do so, the same goes for update.

 

I did clear history and cookies once I exit from the web don't know did I delete some app wrongly on my phone?

 

During these few days I try to download apps from Blackberry app world can't do so.Can any expert please help me?

Hi EveningDon,

 

Can you please provide more information?

Are you installing the applications from the App World application on your BlackBerry or from App World via PC?

Have you tried reinserting the battery without powering the device off?

What happens when you try to download an application?

Are you able to launch App World?

Are you able to login to your BlackBerry ID?

Can you provide the full error message you receive?
