Can't access messages

For some reason, I cannot access text messages on my torch...Once in a while, usually several days after a message was sent, I will get notification that I have an incoming message...Then, I can access the new message, and reply, usually only ONCE....If I try to go back a review ANY message the following, pops up: "Uncaught exception: DSSMA: invalid state(5): 39" .....The only option from  this screen, is an "OK" tab...If I click on "OK", the window closes, and I go back to my home screen....

    Does anyone have a "fix" (cause) for this?  Any help would be greatly appreciated....Thanks

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.

 

Now, after a couple of days see if that error continues and let us know.
