Can't get email setup

when i click on "email accounts" it goes directly to the enterprise setup option, never giving me the chance to go to internet email option as shown in the setup instructions. How can I get it back to the first options screen. THANKS FOR ANY HELP!!!!

Hiya!

 

 Do you know if you have a valid "Blackberry" data plan? This would be required to access the BIS network and allow you to setup personal email, use BBM and the like.

 

A generic data plan will not suffice.

 

If you are unsure, feel free to contact your carrier and make sure.

Really? I doubt I need to pay yet another subscription to simply pull in my web based email.

 

any other thoughts from the community?

nope you cant setup your email unless you have a BIS data plan...call your carrier to activate it.

I thought I was part of the community.. oh well.

 

 

And its not another subscription. its just different, the generic data plan is removed and the Blackberry one is put in its place.. typically they are the same price too.

The reason is so you can access BIS. no other data plan makes you BIS capable.
