I can receive incoming calls and the person on the other end can hear me but i can't hear them unless i have them on speakerphone or have the headphones plugged in. it was working fine earlier but has stopped. does any know what would cause this? thanks.

You do know there are two different volumes,one for speaker and one for earpiece.

Try to update your os if previous comment didnt fix the issue.

I didn't know but I've just checked all my in call audio settings and they are fine. I updated my os already but that's made no difference.
