Can't pair new battery

Hi I was wondering is there any Other way to pair a new battery as the device I have don't seem to work and my phone keeps dying one the batterys to bout 3/4s full . I seem to think its the battery as my old one has swelled and its hard to get cover back over it . ive followed instructions on the pairing device n had it to a local fone shop to

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

It is possible that your battery or BB has experienced a problem...to test, this sequence is needed:

Obtain a known good and already fully charged additional battery...use it in your BB and see what happens
Obtain access to a known good and identical BB...use your battery in it and see what happens

The results of this will indicate if it's your BB or your battery that has the problem.
