PLEASE PLEASE Help....
I got notification to update a couple of my apps. When doing so I was asked to update my Blackberry ID.. Which I did and NOW I can't log in NO MATTER WHAT.. I have tried resetting it.. I have tried everything.. Now it states; Your Blackberry ID account has been locked for security reasons. Please try again later. (Error Id 40730). I attempted to create a new bb id but to no avail. PLEASE HELP!!!!.. Grrr this has NEVER happen to me and I have been a bb user for years.. At this moment I could change in a heart beat with all the bouncing around and jumping thru hoops I've had to do and STILL not able to update my apps...

Depending on which reason your BB ID is locked for, your resolution path is different.
BTW -- trying to change to a new BB ID would be problematic...all of your AppWorld records are tied to your BB ID and do not migrate to a new BB ID via any automated means. Further, depending on the model and OS level of your BB (your profile here states simply "torch"...there are many models of torches, and many different OS levels for them), changing its association to the BB ID may require wiping the device. Hence, remaining with your original BB ID is likely your best bet.
Lastly...details and exactness..."I can't log in NO MATTER WHAT" does not give us anything to diagnose. Only the exact and complete content of the error messages you receive provide us with something to work from. You did provide the 40730 message, but sadly there is no public KB that contains that error code...perhaps you will have better luck searching, though:

I can't log in to my bb I'd,but I can on pc
Please expand on that...for example, what exactly happens when you try from your BB? Is there any error message? The exact and complete content of that would help greatly in diagnosing your situation.
