Can't set up e-mail

I go to set up and e-mail. A screen for existing users comes up. I don't think I have ever chosen a user name and password for my Torch. I get a message that says

"The information you provided is incorrect. Retype your user name and password. Your user name and password are case sensitive."

I have used the user name and password for both my blackberry account and my email. HELP!!!!

Stormy, did you have a different BlackBerry before this? It would be the same username/password for the BIS BlackBerry Internet Service as in the past.

 

If you just don't remember it, or don't remember having it, call your service provider and explain that you need the previous BIS account provisioned to the new device. They will need your PIN and IMEI from the white sticker or located at Options > Device > Status.
