Can't sign into BlackBerry I.D. ):

Hello, 

 

I can't sign into BlackBerry I.D. I've reseted the password multiple times & I can sign in on the computer, but not on the phone. I think I've been blocked from logging in... Please, help me.  :smileysad:

But, what exactly happens when you try? If there is an error message, the exact and complete content of that would probably be most helpful indeed.

When I try to sign in, a message, which says "Unable to login to your Blackberry ID Account, pops up...

 

Also, I followed the steps from the reference that you gave to me; but I still cannot sign into my Blackberry I.D. account. I don't know what else to do.

Given that error message, see if this KB has anything of use:

  • KB28212 "Unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account" or "Unable to update your BlackBerry ID account information" error occurs on a BlackBerry smartphone running BlackBerry 7
