Okay.. I've downloaded, rebooted, reconnected, clicked, unclicked, installed, uninstald and still I cannot get my Torch to connect to my laptop... Help please...

This is probably not the best time to bring this up but remember to do regular backups with BlackBerry Desktop Software and BlackBerry Protect.

That was the issue, I couldn't connect to do a back up...
